Cable Assemblies
We regularly produce thousands of cable assemblies per month. Many of these bespoke cables are made to order, with customer branding, colour coding, and/or RFID/Barcode identification. Our extensive range includes DMX, Ethernet, Fibre Optic, Mains, Multicore, Microphone, Speaker, Ballast and Motor cable.
Components
We use only high-quality components from recognised industry standard brands to make our assemblies, including raw cable from Tourflex Datasafe and Datasafe Ultra, and connectors from Neutrik, Tourmate and Socapex.

Datasafe Ultra
Our own high-flex data and signal cable, built specifically to survive the rigours of touring — repeated coiling, uncoiling and truck packing that would fatigue standard cable over a season. It carries DMX lighting control, Ethernet data, and combined power-and-DMX cores, and every metre is factory tested for Hipot, continuity, impedance and capacitance before it’s assembled.
